I have received an error 3420. Legacy Help does not list this error. What is it?
It occurred when I clicked on Edit in a Location. I need to enter the correct coordinates for that location, but as soon as I click on Edit, in order to enter the correct coordinates. Legacy freezes up, and tells me I have error 3420. What is that error? Why does Legacy Help not list it? How do I overcome this? I have done Check and Repair = no errors. I close Legacy, but cannot reopen without going to Control-Alt-Delete to close the leftover trace of Legacy. Then I can reopen Legacy, but the next time I tried to edit the coordinates = the very same problem. What is going on?! Legacy 7.5. Never had the problem before today. Why is this error number not isted? CE
