It is possible that you have Legacy Family Search or Legacy Charting still open from your last session.

It says it appears that this family file was opened by another user. I'm the only user. My hard drive failed a couple of months ago and I had to reinstall Legacy and the backup files on the new hard drive. It seemed the message appeared soon after that. How can I correct this because I cannot backup now because it keeps telling me that the Family File is in use.
