Report > Report Options > Page Setup > Footers Tab
Select Include Compiler's information then, if you have not done so,
click edit compiler.
In the compiler information you can add your name, address etc. with
phone, email and internet addresses and comments which are optional (add
a check box to any of those you also want included).
If you are still using 7.5 or earlier then all data you enter, except
comments, in the compiler screen will be included in the footer.
