You can change the sentence for the event type (all uses of that event) or only for the once instance of an event type (local event).
If the first type of change (all uses of the event type), from an event click 'Edit Event Sentence Definition'. Or, select the View tab > Master Lists > Events Definition. From the Master Event Definition List, select the event for which you want to change all uses of that event sentence and click the Edit button. Both methods open an Add/Edit an Event Definition dialog for that event to which you can change the sentence used globally for that event type. If you want to change the sentence for a specific event (one use of an event, not all), open the event and check Sentence Override (next to the Notes tab). You can then change the sentence for that specific event without changing the sentence used for all instances of that event type.
