I will tell you that the two most common causes are
1) You are mouse clicking faster than Legacy can process the mouse clicks
2) The FamilySearch programmers are in on their side doing some tweaks which causes a momentary loss of connection.

I’m using Windows 10. Will try a restart of Windows, and see if it
recurs.
