I am trying to develop an Ancestor Report and want the Table of Contents to use 'leaders' ...... from the chapters to the page numbers.
I can find how to do it for the Index in the back of the book, but cannot find anything on how to do it for the Table of Contents. Please help! Thanks Margaret
