There's a link on the Legacy Home tab and the Help Ribbon Tab to submit
bug reports (support ticket) and to submit suggestions.
Don't count on them being picked up from this list.
(and for those who are paranoid about Facebook - people there are always
being told to contact support or submit a suggestion.)

This is the same for main picture of the person, as well as event picures.
Obviously a setting I have forgotten to change.
When you hover over the uncaptioned picture you do get the file name
appearing, bottom left. But the file name is not always the caption of
the picture.
You are able to enlarge the picture , but still no caption.
Another question is are you able to include the description field of a
picture in the creation of web pages?
I often put an explanation of the selected picture in this box.
