Leonard, Chose the report that you want to generate and you will see at the bottom of the page that opens the OPTIONS to make the choices that you want for your report. Choose what you want to include in your index and how you want it to look. Under report options you can choose to include NOTES - and you have the choice of which ones you want to include.
