Hi Cathy,

Have tried a Search and replace but not sure what I should be searching for and replacing with !!

Have tried [space]*[space] and [space]?[space] as the find criteria and then replace as [space]*. [space] and [space]?.[space] as replace but nothing is found ?

You could use Search and Replace. Choose each option carefully and beware of Replace All. Make sure you have a current backup and know how to Restore a backup. If you never have, practice now. You can give the restored file a different name in the restore process so you don't overwrite your current file.
Search ribbon tab - search and replace
File ribbon tab - restore

    Hi all,

Have imported a GEDCOM to check things out and I have a load of
    the above errors.

Is there a way to fix them all in one go or do you have to do each
    one individually ?

Thanks in advance for any tips !!
