I really liked the idea someone came up with to go into the event definition and check the box that says "Exclude from Potential Problems Report." You would certainly do that with the Event Obituary. Granted the "trial" as an event might take place before a person's death so you could set up an Event with a name that would tell the reader it was after the individual's death and check that box.
