I do the same and feel much better about it.  Ancestry has many transcription 
errors that I want no part of.  Just give me the original record for 
downloading, which I am truly grateful for, but I will do the transcription 
myself and with more accuracy because I am closer to the individual than was 
the Ancestry transcriber.
