John, maybe it is the Splash screen you're expecting to see. If you want to see this screen with each start up, you can set Legacy to begin with a splash screen by going to . Customize> General Settings > 1.1 Startup and tick the little box for Display Splash Screen during program Start Up Then close and restart Legacy to see if that is what you're missing that you expect to see. If this doesn't help, please let us know.
