It could be a simple solution that another user can fix rather than
bothering the support people.  It doesn't hurt to mention to others.
Perhaps posting in both places otherwise other users will not see the
support ticket and may be having the same problem.

Even more important is to use the submit a support ticket link on the Legacy
Home Tab so the problem will be addressed through the problem reporting
system and will get entered in their problems to be fixed list. Mention of a
problem here will not get an issue entered in the Bug list.
