Have you entered the burial location, including name of cemetery, in the location field for the Event or have you used the Burial Address field (behind the plus sign to the right of the Burial details on the Individual's Information page)?
If you aren't find the cemeteries in the Master Location lists, it suggests you didn't enter them as a Location! If you have entered them as Burial Addresses, you will need to select Address lists>Event... from the Master Lists menu, find the cemetery in the list and then click the Show List button.
