couple of times and compacted the database and rebooted my computer
several times, this message continues to be received. Does anyone

As a usual event, this kind of message generally means that the
Programme/Access request has lost it's bearings. It could be one of the
modules rather than the main program. It might need a clean un-install
(taking out the config file) before it can reset it's bearings.
