Hi Mike,
Have you followed the instructions on the FMP web site? I found them
just now at
http://www.findmypast.com/frequently-asked-questions/answer/can-i-make-a-copy-of-my-tree-export-a-gedcom-file
From what it says there, I would expect the downloaded GEDCOM file to
turn up in your default folder for downloads - probably the one called
simply Downloads if you've not changed it to something else.
Hope this helps. :-)

It should be possible to export a gedcom file from findmypast which I
can then import to legacy. The export appears to complete but I cannot
find the resulting downlaod on my computer. Using the import facility
in Legacy five gedcom files are found (not the ones I want). Whichever
of the five I select Legacy always goes to the same one to open.
Any ideas.
