Did you use the website option to Upgrade using the Buy Now button in
the "Upgrade to the Deluxe Version" box? That button takes you to the
store where you are asked for payment information. After paying you will
be sent a Customer number. If you install Legacy 9 without using one of
the two Buy Now options you will be installing the Standard Edition and
will not be able to use the Deluxe Features.
