Hi Sandi & Bob,

The Ctrl-space only removes character formatting not line feeds (extra lines)
and then only if the section you are trying to removed the formatting from is
selected. Line feeds are document formatting not character formatting.

Help says “Ctrl-Space Removes all formatting from the note including bolding,
italicizing, underlining, and superscripting.” This could be misleading as it
states “all formatting” maybe a suggestion to Legacy to change this is needed.

HI Sandi, I thought that was the answer as I had this same issue. Recently
FireFox no longer supported the add-on utility for this and I was back to the
same problem and then the latest version (53.0.3) solved this for me. Be sure
you have the latest version.

I can’t point to anything else that I have done.

I use FireFox as my browser and when you copy it removes all formatting
