I have read Legacy 9 Unlocked and Geoff just clicks on the Preview button and sees it on screen. He flips to view it often. This look great and so I am trying it on a couple of my own individuals.
My problem: I click on Preview button and it automatically goes to my printer. I tried the Reset button, no change. I tried to create a PDF, it went to the printer. I have tried to access the report from the Quick Access, the Chronology Report and Other Reports. I haven't found the Merge Information Report screen yet. I know there are all kinds of information on every screen, little boxes to check or uncheck - but the life of me, I cannot find what I'm doing wrong. I don't see anything in the customize/settings either - yet. Any ideas? Linda G
