In the Other Frequently Asked Questions section on the Webinar site it
says the Webinars are recorded in Flash format. Make sure your device
has the Flash player plug-in for your browser and that it is fully updated.
The webinar site gives a link to the Adobe flash player site if you want
to check your version.
