Better route would be to flag the first group as Tag 1 and the rest as Tag
2. Then create two new files for Tag 1 and for Tag 2, and keep but do not
use the original file.

The question is whether the two groups are totally separate or whether there
is common information, links etc between them, in which case they are better
with just one file. Easier with V9 to use hashtags to identify each group.

Chris

If you are SURE you want to have 2 completely separate files (it is usually
preferable to keep everyone in one file) and you are SURE you have everyone
you want in the smaller file, simply delete those people from the original
fine.
