Donald: Thanks. I just loaded Access on my computer as it seems improving my Access skills is going to be the best way to handle the various things I want to do with my database. At 102,000 individuals and growing, there's often a lot of this type of query and consideration I'd like to do. If OK with you, I may ask some query questions from time-to-time.
