Access violation at address 0075E57D in module 'LegacyFS.exe'. Read of
address 0000000C.

This is appearing when I try the different filters to check my data against
FS, eg.  check for unlinked individuals, check for ordinances ready, etc.
Unfortunately I am unable to advance.
