That's how Legacy stores a tab. Sometimes it shows on screen as does
some other formatting.
Remove them if you don't need the tab - leave them if you do.
You can Search and Replace on tab. See the Tab button on the Search and
Replace form to enter it in either the find or replace box.
It's wise to make a backup before using Search and Replace, especially
if you've never used it before. If you don't understand the choices and
make them carefully you can make changes you didn't intend.
Make sure you are searching and replacing on the right field and for the
right amount of the field.
