You can choose a size between 6 and 14. I usually work with 10. At the same time make sure that Stretch fonts when resizing is ticked. If not, increasing the size of the window makes no difference. If you are using an unusual font style (I'm not sure what you mean by "other than font") try using a common font style. Some may not resize correctly.
