If you really need it attached to every person mentioned either add it
as Shirley suggests to an Event you then share with everyone or add it
to the Source Detail.
You can add it more quickly to multiple people from the Picture Centre
but one of the strengths of using the picture centre is so that you
don't have to keep adding the caption etc. (you can also copy and paste
from one Media Gallery to any other and that takes the caption).
Seems madness to change the caption for each person you attach it to.
I'd rethink why you're doing what you're doing.
But what bliss to have marriage certificates that mention grandparents.
It's hard enough to get certificates that mention both parents.

I think the answer is no but after 6000 people in my tree, and
tens of thousands of certificates more or less, I thought I would ask.
