How have you entered them?
Shown where?

If they're entered with their maiden surname as their surname (which is normal practice) then they'll export that way. If you've added an AKA with their married surname, then if you include AKAs in the gedcom, that will be exported as well - but it's not necessary to add an AKA for the married surname. You set the rule for married surnames and enter exceptions to it in the Marriage Information screen. You may have your Index View or Name List set to show Married Names and/or AKAs?
