Send the person you want to share your file with a copy of the two
backup files created with File > Backup family file, one will contain
your family file and the second media backup will contain all the
associated media files.
That person can then extract the media files from the media backup to
place copies of the media on their computer (they will have to use
Windows compressed file tools or any program that will extract files
from a .zip file). In Legacy they will use File > Restore family file to
extract the family file from the family file backup.
