This is a pain and seems to happen randomly. If we could pinpoint what
causes it, it would be easier to fix. I can go days without it and then
encounter it several times in the same day without any change in what
other programs are running on the computer.
For some Legacy window sizes issues, deleting the Legacy2.usr file helps
(all all the Legacy#.usr files) but it doesn't seem to help this one
with the main window.
Sometimes trying small steps works to resize, sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes trying to resize from another side or corner works, sometimes
it doesn't.
Sometimes closing or minimising other program windows and keeping the
Legacy window away from corners works (which suggests the problem may be
mixed up with the snap in Windows), but sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes just closing and reopening Legacy frees it to resize,
sometimes it doesn't.
I find closing and reopening Legacy after having tried the other things
generally frees it to resize again.
