Thank you for your help.  I guess I was hoping for changing something that
would change it on all people involved at one time (that would be too
easy).  So I will have to try your suggestion and the suggestion of Leon
and do it the proper way.

As far as the dates you were inquiring about.  If I chick on "Name List" -
at the bottom left  is:
  "Print"  and I click on that.  Up comes a "List Report Options Page" and
I have the following options checked:
  Surnames
  Sex
  Birthdate
  Death Date
  Spouse.
This gives me a list chart of all in my program.  I do not check RIN@
because that changes with deleting or adding people - I just keep it in
alphabetical order.  If a person does not have any of the dates or spouse
it just leaves those columns blank, but the person is still listed.

I am not sure this helps with what you are looking for, but hope it does.
