When I did an exit from Legacy, I clicked both
backup buttons to do a backup like I usually do
and that message came up "Legacy Cannot backup to
Cloud."

You need to be a lot less vague.

Exactly what steps are you taking?  At what point
do you hit a problem? 
What, if any, error message are you getting?
