Joyce is not referring to the website but to the Legacy Home tab in Legacy itself. There's a box on the right headed Updates.

However, you may need to download again from the website.
The website was down for a few hours yesterday and you may have encountered that. Some anti virus software occasionally blocks a Legacy update. That may be what happened when you say the installation file disappeared.
For some reason repeating the exercise is usually successful.

Ken, like I said before, go to the Legacy Home Page in your software,
look at the second box down on the far right.
You only have to click and Legacy will update itself with no further
effort from you.
