The Quick Bookmarks are saved in the main Family File file.
<yourfamilyfilename>.fdb
If a File - File Maintenance - Check/Repair doesn't bring them back then
I think you are opening a different file to the one you think you are.
Check the Legacy Recent File list under the L on the top left if it is
bigger than the title bar. If it's not bigger, you'll have a System
Ribbon tab where you'll find the Recent File list.
