HI. I am trying to create a gedcom file of my family file from Legacy 9.00 for importing into Family search and Ancestry.
I Have tried using various file types eg - Basic, 5.5.1 gedcom while it saves it as *.ged, file extension I am unable to open the saved file to view it before importing into Family Search and Ancestry. I am asked to find a file from the app store or use a microsoft app that will open it. But none of these work either. Thanks
