Jane,
So long as you know that you can only see that picture within Legacy. If
you want to be able to include it in output of any kind you need to add
a Cemetery event and attach it to that.

I prefer to enter the city where the burial occurs. I put the
cemetery in
the burial address found in the + plus sign. Also in the +, burial
notes I
put the plot, if available, the Find A Grave memorial number, and
anything
else pertinent. I notice a number of people put the cemetery name
where the
burial occurs. This just expands the location address file.
