It is easy to copy a person where most of the information is the same. Bring up the person you want to copy, and ‘save’ them. then bring up the blank individual, and click on the title of each data point you wish to copy. Legacy will copy the last entry into each data point you click on. It even works if you want to copy a person into another database.
This is what I was going to say I would do, but I would have added that I then used the Source Clipboard to copy and paste the relative Sources from one record to the other.
