No it is not an error.

Those extra pages are for alternate parents/ancestor lines. The page is for the person so the file name uses their RIN because they are the central character but the a is added because this is a different page to display a different set of ancestors above them. The parent links in the right side box switches between the two variants of ancestors.

For multiple marriages all the spouses and their children are listed in the boxes to the right of the single page for the central person, no extra page is needed. Clicking on the links in the spouse/children box only needs to open the page for that spouse or child.

In the production of a pedigree web page these children produce a webpage page based on the RIN - usual - but also a RIN "a" page which gives the alternate parentages. It doesn't happen with successive marriages for an individual - they are listed on one page. Is this an error? Just as an aside it does help to show up some errors in your database such as doubled up parents which had been produced by the user!
