Hi Jenny,

When I say completed, my aim was to find all of my ancestors who arrived in
Australia from the early 1800s onwards then trace each of their origins back
to where they came from, and go back one generation further to around
great-great grandparent level. I have been able to do this with the
exception of one other great-grandfather, a Patrick Francis Jordon,
allegedly born Westminster ~1848 but of Irish parents. Four elderly
relatives have been researching him for 20 years plus, so I don't expect
that we will find his origins other than through DNA, for which we have all
taken Family Finder tests. The DNA worked for one other mystery
great-grandfather but eight months on, Patrick remains a mystery.

Cheers, Alan

First time I've ever known anyone say they've come anywhere near
*completing* their family tree!
