I wondered what happened to that post I had just started. When I click on the number of Hints I get a line that says (Click on a Hint to see the details) Below that is a My Heritage box that describes briefly what the hints may provide. But I can find no way to click on anything that will bring up the hints. Reading the HELP section gives me the idea that the hints should show in a list just below the above described box, but nothing comes up there. It also says that my web browser should open to a list of hints, but that does not happen.
I usually have several windows open that I am using. When I click on the hints box some of the open windows will jump, but I cannot see any reason for this action, and there is no window in the web browser opining that I can see. So I remain confused. Any enlightenment will be appreciated.
