You may get a response here but that is not what the message says.
Certainly Malcolm Green responds on the Legacy User Group Facebook page,
especially when tagged.
Also he responds to emails sent to the email address below. See the
part in the message below after "In future"
The message on the forum says:
The User Forum accessed via the Families web site has been used for
reporting problems and providing user support since the original release
of the Families app. Support has also been provided via the Legacy User
Group mailing list, the Legacy User Group on Facebook, and via email.
Support activity on the User Forum and the Legacy User Group mailing
list has gradually declined, while activity on the Facebook group has
steadily increased. We therefore feel that it is time to rationalise our
support provision and are therefore discontinuing the User Forum. In
future we will respond, where appropriate, to postings relating to
Families in the Legacy User Group on Facebook, and will continue to
provide support via email ([email protected]).

I had linked seven children to the wrong parents, then later added
them to the correct ones. Found I could not unlink them.
On one child I clicked on the arrow box next to the father. Got a
prompt to select desired parents and that further compounded the
problem making those the parents of their step brothets/sisters.
Deleting the children or parents would be a problem, too much data to
re-enter.
If no way to do this, should be added as a new feature.
Have been using FAMILIES for over five years and love it. Keep up the
great work.
