This action is required because of the DMARC Reject/Quarantine Policy
imposed by some email providers. Users who want to send messages
without conversion to attachments should use a different email address
for their subscription.

Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require
this conversion include gmail.com and hotmail.com. Many other email
providers will also work but you will have to give them a try.
--- Begin Message --- I use a desktop computer and run a program called Mailbell which acts as an interface to my email client. This enables me to read emails whilst they are still on the server and although they are displayed in text format with some parts in HTML I can blacklist any iffy ones and whitelist others.

Regarding the breached email, if the owner is aware of being breached they only need to change the password to stronger one.

I have blacklisted the bounced email and each one received is automatically red crossed and a single press deletes the batch.

I had 8 yesterday and 5 today. In the old days if I sent an email and for some reason it bounced I would receive an email from the PostMaster indicating it.

If that rule still applies why is the sender of the bouncers not aware or is it actually iffy.
