Ian,
Your settings are held in ...\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\ folder
You can copy this over to a new computer into the same place and overwrite the files that were created by installing Legacy. You will need to check Options - Customise settings for all the ones that include a path as the path to Documents folder will likely be different etc.
From memory these are 1.2, and section 6.
You may want to only take the ...\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\usr\ folder but if you've made your own colour schemes and/or timelines etc, or Legacy Charting themes, it's probably easier to take the lot.
