If you mean people not connected to anyone see
Search - Find - Miscellaneous tab
Unlinked individuals.

If you mean both completely unlinked individuals and small groups not connected to your main tree: View - Trees.  Click Refresh as for good reasons it doesn't refresh automatically.

If you mean people not related to you, if you have set relationships to yourself from Tools - Set Relationships, then Chris has given you the search.
