Hi

Depending on what information you need there are a number of ways.

1. From the Names List (on the View tab) take the Options / Print option. This will produce a list of the people and some basic information on them, look at Row 1 /2 /3 to set them up. You can save to a CSV or PDF, as well as printing.

2. From Reports / Other Reports you can use the Surname Summary to get a list of surnames, with a count of people and a date range they cover.

3. From the Publishing Centre you can select the Individual Report and set it to cover everyone in the tree.

4. For a full, detailed report on everyone you could try use the Multiple Lines of Descent Book report. You then need to change the MRIN list to cover the entire range of marriages in your tree or select all tagged/untagged items. There is a limit of 300 descendent lines in this report. This seems to be the only way to run a detailed report on everyone.

Regards

Chris

The original message to the list is in the attachment.

This action is required because of the DMARC Reject/Quarantine Policy
imposed by some email providers. Users who want to send messages
without conversion to attachments should use a different email address
for their subscription.

Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require
this conversion include gmail.com and hotmail.com. Many other email
providers will also work but you will have to give them a try.
