Hi Valerie

No, you cannot, or should not, send attachments.

If you have files, of files or screen dumps, you can send them directly to
me at [email protected] <[email protected]>. This
will take it out of the forum group and limit it to us.

I am a retired IT Manager with 35 years of user support and can usually
resolve most issues, if I have enough information.

I am UK based and it is now 11pm here, but I can look at it tomorrow.

Regards

Chris
