There is no way to source a location. You could cite your source as part of the note. Perhaps by saying something like:

'According to the book "Title" by "Author" "publishing information" the town/city/county has the "nickname".'

Is there a way to source locations? I have some real locations with nicknames that are used in a book about Central Texas. This book lists locations that are often found in other books on the region, especially when you don't know what it means. That's not actually the subject of the book at all, but I found it helpful when I discovered it anyway.

I would like to source the nickname that I enter in the Notes part of a Master Location. How do I do that?

I'm planning an Ancestral book for my in-laws' 60th wedding anniversary and I obviously want it to work, correctly, when it comes time to print it. Time is always so short!

If there is no way to do this, are there any suggestions?

Thanks! Sorry, but I've had several questions as of late.

Cindy
