Update your Legacy 8 program to the latest build for Legacy 8. You can
download it from here:
http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00899/
The final release of Legacy 8 was Version 8.0.0.604 (Build Date 13 June
2017)
If that doesn't fix it check out the solutions here:

If it still doesn't work, email [email protected] and ask them.
There are files or folders you can delete but I can't recall which.

My version of Legacy shows in The File Properties as:
Version: 8.0.0.352
Build Date: 22 Nov 2013
