Select the MRIN you do not want then with that MRIN displayed in Family
View Right Click in the marriage box and use the option to Remove the
marriage Link.
Be sure that the MRIN you are removing has no children or those children
will be unlinked from their existing parents. If both MRINs have the
same list of children you will be OK but if not make sure that all the
kids are linked to the MRIN you are keeping before removing the unwanted
MRIN.
PS: Make a backup of your file before doing this, if you end up with a
mess you will be able to restore your existing data and try again.

How do I delete a duplicate MRIN number without deleting either the
husband or the wife?
Both MRIN numbers contain the very same RIN numbers for husband and
wife.
