The Legacy tech support suggesting

1. exporting to a new file and then loading that
2. Restoring to a previous backup
3. Exporting via GEDCOM

I just tried to open my Legacy and received the above error. It only says "Rebuild Source Citations." It gets to 341 of 389 then says "Cannot open database"

I am at the latest update of both Legacy and Win 10.

Any help appreciated.

FWIW I do have a recent backup after my last update.
