I remain ignorant of the historic changes to UK localities and their administration over time (Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales); because a lot of my ancestors lived in those places I should spend some time familiarizing myself (thanks, CE). (It is indeed the descendants of Hibbert Newton (d. 1795) + Margaret Glascott, parents of Hibbert husband of Dorothea Gildea, where I discovered "Closlough, Ireland" - no county shown by my source.)
